After every visit we email you a summary covering your water chemistry readings (pH, chlorine, alkalinity), what we did during the visit, and anything we noticed that might need attention. It's in plain English — no jargon — so you can actually understand what's going on with your pool.
Nope. Most of our clients give us gate access and we get on with it. You'll get your report in your inbox when we're done. If you'd prefer to be home for the first visit, that's totally fine — just let us know when you book.
The fixed-price plans run on a 12-month contract — that's what allows us to include chemicals and guarantee consistent pricing. If you just need a one-off visit or aren't ready to commit, our casual rate is $120/hr with chemicals at cost, no contract needed.
If we spot anything during a visit — a struggling pump, a failing valve, anything outside our standard scope — we'll let you know clearly and honestly. We're not here to upsell you repairs; we just want your pool working properly. We'll help you understand your options and find the right solution.
